This amazingly tasty and easy to make herb and cheese bread only requires 5 minutes of preparation the day before and 10 minutes on the day of baking bread. Between all that, you just leave the rest of the pan and allow the yeast slowlydo its job. You heard right, people: all it does is mix the ingredients and let sit overnight, put it in the pan, let rise and bake. You never have to break a sweat.
Bread Maker
This recipe has some whole grains in the depth that adds flavor and wholesomeness. I recommend making the dough after dinner to be ready when you are in the morning. In summer, you can substitute Italian seasoning with fresh herbs, increasing the amount of 3 to 5 tablespoonsfinely chopped herbs. Among the herbs delicious, you can choose are: onions, sage, thyme, rosemary, basil, chives and tarragon.

Here's the recipe: Provides a 1-pound bar 1 / 2 corresponds to a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
2 1 / 3 cups all-purpose flour
2 / 3 cup rye or whole wheat flour
2 / 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instant yeast 1 / 3 teaspoon
C. 4.11 teaspoon salt
1 1 / 2 cups water at room temperature
Mix all dry ingredientsincluding herbs in a bowl and mix well. Add water and stir. The dough seems too loose and disheveled. Cover and proof of the night for about 12-18 hours. The dough will appear on the surface of the bubbles.
The next morning, turn the dough well floured counter. Fold the dough into three parts, as an envelope with a bench scraper. Carefully lift and transfer the dough in a pan 9 x 5 inch pan. Cover and let stand until dough rises to the top of the pan on ahours.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until bread sounds hollow and the gold appears when tapped. Cool at least 1 hour before serving.
