Recipe: (2lb loaf) put ingredients in this order 1. water 350ml 2.olive oil 2 tbsp 3. salt 1 1/2 tbsp ( 1 would be enough) 4. sugar 1.1/2 tbsp ( I exchanged that with the same sweetness of granulated sweetener) 5. strong wholemeal flour ( stone ground in my case) 600g 6.dried yeast 1 sachet (75g) Make 8 thick slices @ 3 net grams of Carbs
